Captain Will R. has devoted his career to public service, beginning his journey with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy. Known for his unwavering integrity, strong leadership, and deep commitment to community safety, he has steadily risen through the ranks, earning the respect of colleagues and community members alike.
Previously holding the rank of Major, Captain Will made the deliberate decision to step down in order to dedicate his full focus to leading the Criminal Investigation Division (CID), a role in which he has excelled. As Head of CID, he oversees complex investigations that are critical to the safety and security of Blaine County, ensuring that his team operates with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to justice.
In addition to his leadership of CID, Captain Will serves as the Assistant Commander of the Special Response Team (SRT), where his tactical expertise and calm demeanor under pressure have been invaluable assets during high-stakes operations.
Captain Will also serves as the Fleet Manager for the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and deployment of all departmental vehicles.
